The Code Foils Aluminium Mast is a purpose-built design delivering Code-level stiffness, fit, and performance in an aluminium construction, while significantly reducing the overall cost of a complete foil setup.
This is the first aluminium mast from Code that is compatible, rigid, and refined, making it an ideal foundation for riders entering the Code ecosystem across all disciplines.
The Code Aluminium Mast features a parallel extruded aluminium section engineered for maximum stiffness and a precise, snug fit across all joints. Careful attention to geometry and tolerances eliminates play and delivers a solid, confidence-inspiring ride feel.
With a 120mm chord and 18.7mm thickness, the mast strikes a carefully balanced profile that offers excellent rigidity, efficiency, and durability.

Mast Size 75cm: Ideal for shallow water, prone surf, downwind, and learning environments. A forgiving and versatile option with excellent control.
Mast Size 80cm: The all-rounder, offering increased clearance and stability across a wide range of disciplines and conditions.

ALUMINIUM MAST STEM
A high-stiffness aluminium mast.
Parallel extruded aluminium profile optimised for rigidity and efficiency. Stiff wall construction balanced with minimal material usage to reduce overall weight. Carefully engineered balance between performance, strength, and responsiveness. Trailing edge machined to its thinnest allowable tolerance for maximum hydrodynamic efficiency.

MAST COVER
Protective cover tailored specifically for the Aluminium Mast system. Durable case for transport and storage protection
Custom fit for both 75cm and 80cm mast sizes
BASE PLATE
Slotted base plate design improves compatibility and setup adjustment. Deep female mast connection increases rigidity and load distribution. Hole spacing designed to adapt seamlessly with Foil Drive systems.
TOP SOCKET
Long interlocking teeth increase structural rigidity and load transfer. Deep connection architecture designed to eliminate play and maximise responsiveness. Tight tolerance fit minimises movement between components. Fuselage bolts lock the front wing directly into the socket, stem, and through the mast system for increased structural integration.
